Each class in the “Home for the Holidays” Virtual Workout Series is designed to help you feel strong, flexible, and fully prepared for PoleCon. These workouts target key skills like flexibility, mobility, and strength—all essential for nailing those challenging tricks and routines in May.
Here’s a sneak peek at what’s in store:
Gingerbread Stretch: Cozy up with flexibility exercises like “Candy Cane Reach” and “Gingerbread Twist” to improve range of motion and release tension.
Reindeer Power Hour: A high-energy HIIT session featuring reindeer-inspired cardio and strength moves, such as burpees and high knees, to build stamina.
Snowflake Flow: Sultry, low-impact floorwork moves inspired by snowflakes, perfect for enhancing flow and body awareness.
