No, our beginner classes are designed for complete beginners with no experience. Our classes are small, 6 students or less so we can get to know you and meet you at your level, wherever that may be! This is a full-body workout. The more you come, the stronger you’ll get. The stronger you get, the more your confidence grows.

We offer Pole tricks, Pole Flow, Beginner Pole, Lyra, Lyra Flow, Pole Silks (new), Choreography, Heels, Liquid Motion, Chair Dancing, Twerk, Exotic Flow, Competition Prep, Showcase Prep, Stretching and Conditioning, Pole Barre, and Open Studio. To find out more about each type please click here.

You can wear whatever you are comfortable with. As you progress, you will need skin to assist with harder moves. It is not necessary for beginners, but we promise that in time, you will have no problem showing off those muscles you have created! If not, we can work with you to help you feel comfortable.

No, we only have one class that heels are required and it is listed as Hell on Heels! All other classes are bare feet.

No, if you choose to take the heels class you will need actual dance-specific heels, Street heels are not acceptable.

No, please refrain from any lotions are body oils, they will cause you to slip and possibly fall. We can recommend specific lotions that will not affect you, ask one of our staff members.
