Whether you're a first-timer exploring pole dancing or a seasoned aerialist looking for your next challenge, our studio just outside of New Orleans (NOLA) is the perfect space to unleash your inner goddess. We offer fun-filled classes in pole dancing, pole silks, aerial hoop (lyra), floor work, and other unique themed sessions. Every visit here is an adventure! With both in-studio and virtual options, you can join us no matter where you are. Come as you are, connect with an amazing community of women, and let’s dance together—we can’t wait to see you shine!
The Enchanted
Bus Ride
Saturday, April 26, 8pm-12am
Join us in celebration of our first anniversary in our newest location. Climb aboard our Enchanted School Bus for a magical celebration. Wear your best purple or pink party attire and heels. We will ride through the city and experience all the magic and fun. The Bus will leave sharply at 9pm following a gathering at the Enchantress Headquarters (AKA The Studio) for 8 pm. Please bring you own Drinks (Alcohol) if desired. The Bus will return at the Headquarters at 12 am to disperse.

Intermediate Pole Flow
Tuesday, 6:00 pm
This class is offered every Tuesday at 6:00 pm. This class is an Intermediate-level pole flow class that will focus on spins, pole flow, and low flow. This class is for anyone with general Pole experience, not for first-time or very beginner students. You need basic pole foundations that are taught in our Beginner Classes. Weight limit: 300 lbs.
Beginner Pole Flow
Tuesday, 7:05 pm
This class is available every Tuesday at 7:05 pm. We will work on easy/ Beginner flow sequences, spins, and transitions. You must have taken a few beginner classes to attend, just a few fundamentals. If you’re not sure, call to ask. Weight limit: 300 lbs.
Intermediate Pole Tricks
Thursday, 6:30 pm
This class is offered every Thursday at 6:30 pm. This is our Power Pole Tricks class. Want to feel powerful, strong, and like the badass you are? This class is for you. We will work on tricks, trick combos, and or sequences to get us conditioned for harder tricks. This class is not for beginners. The prerequisite for this class is a Pole Climb, Inverts, and Basic Pole Foundations. If you aren’t sure, email or message us. Weight limit: 250 lbs.
Liquid Motion Heels
Thursday, 7:40 pm
Want to feel like a sexy goddess? Welcome to our Liquid Motion Heels/ Floor class. The class is offered every other Thursday at 7:40 pm. We will break down some heel basics and learn some Liquid Motion Floor Moves. The Floor is the apparatus for this class! Liquid Motion Floor is the foundation of fluid movement. If you want your pole or aerial moves to flow better, this class is a must. Knee Pads are mandatory, and Heels are preferred. If you don't have any, you can join, just wear socks! No Weight Limit.
Spin Pole Flow
Friday, 11:30 am
This class is available on Friday at 11:15 am. In this session, you'll learn foundational combos, elegant spins, and essential techniques to master the art of spinning. From graceful transitions to dynamic movements, this class is tailored to challenge and inspire students at all levels beyond beginners. Weight limit: 250 lbs.
Beginner Pole
Monday, 7:30 pm, Wednesday, 5:30 pm
This class is offered on Mondays at 7:30 pm & Wednesdays at 5:30 pm. It is for anyone new to pole or wanting to work on easier spins and fundamentals of pole. We will condition you in this class to help you get stronger for more Advanced Pole moves. You must complete this and graduate before entering the Intermediate and Advanced Pole Classes. Weight limit: 300 lbs.
Lyra
Wednesday, 6:40 pm
This class is offered every Wednesday at 6:40 pm. In this class, we use a lyra or aerial hoop to create moves, shapes, and transitions. We have wrapped and naked hoops, so please wear shorts and or bring leggings with a tank or sports bra. Weight limit: 225 lbs.
Tricks/Flow Beginner & Intermediate
Mixed Level Pole
Wednesday, 12:15 pm
This class is offered every Wednesday at 12:15 pm and on other days as it is posted. Occasionally, the class times may change, so please be mindful of the time when registering. This class is available in the studio or virtually for students with home poles. It is open to Beginners and up, and it is taught by one of these instructors, Krystal or Annie. We will work on various spins, tricks, and transitions. Weight limit: 250 lbs.
Mixed Level Pole
Saturday, 11:30 am
This class is offered every other Saturday at 11:30 am by 1-2 instructors to accommodate different levels.
This class is open to all levels. We will work on Tricks & Flow from the previous week’s classes. We will learn how to seamlessly transition and connect them together. This class will be taught based on the current level. Weight limit: 250 lbs.
Intermediate/Advanced Pole
Thursday, 5:30 pm
This class is offered every Thursday at 5:30 pm. Reserved for more advanced polers who have mastered basic poling techniques and have strong regular and aerial invert. Climbing efficiently and being able to support your weight is a prerequisites. If you are unsure, call first; no refunds! Weight limit: 250 lbs.
Power Hour
Wednesday, 6:30 am
This class is offered every Wednesday at 6:30 am.
Come get your cardio, strength & conditioning on with us in this fun, unique class. We will use the apparatuses in the studio to strengthen and condition those bodies for all the shapes and moves we are trying to achieve. Not a Pole Dancer or an aerialist? No worries, this class is for you too. Using the Pole to work out is a fun way to get in shape in a non-traditional format. Weight limit: 300 lbs.
Open Pole/Lyra
Saturday, 12:40 pm
This class is exclusively for our established students. Check the schedule for availability or message us for details. Open Studio is your time to practice routines or tricks you've learned in class. This is a non-guided, unstructured session. An instructor will be present for safety monitoring only—no teaching, spotting, warmups, or instruction will be provided. If you're looking for personalized guidance or help with specific moves, we recommend booking a private session. Weight limit: 250 lbs.
